BILLING:
1) You will be charged at the time of your subscription and then on the same date as you signed up every 3 months after that. *Memberships that are purchased after the 29th of any month will begin the following month and will not be charged again until the 1st of the following month.
2) To cancel, login to your account and adjust your subscription. Retroactive refunds are not allowed. All cancellations are on a going forward basis. For example, if you cancel anytime before we release new content (typically on the 29th of each month) you will not be charged the following month. If you have been billed on the 1st of any month and you cancel on the 3rd, you will still be charged for that month and will have access to content for that month.
