2) To cancel, login to your account and adjust your subscription. Retroactive refunds are not allowed. All cancellations are on a going forward basis. For example, if you cancel anytime before we release new content (typically on the 29th of each month) you will not be charged the following month. If you have been billed on for your renewal and you cancel anytime before your next billing charge, you will have access through your current membership duration.
