how do i login to my account?

If you are on a mobile phone, the sign in button hides, turn your phone sideways and it will appear. you can also use this link to go right to the sign in page: sign in here

How do I cancel my subscription?

sign in to your account and navigate to your account. click on manage subscriptions and cancel from there.

Can I switch between subscriptions and memberships?

please email andrea@retrohip.co to chat about what you’d like to do and we’ll make a plan together!

Can I update my email address or password?

you can not change your email address but you can change your password. to change your email address you would need to create a new account with the new email. to change your password, sign in, click my account, then profile.

Can I update my address or other personal information?

address: printed magazine subscribers cannot change your mailing address for future issues. contact andrea@retrohip.co for instructions.
non-subscribers can change your default address within your account or use any mailing address at checkout.
credit card: you can sign in to your account and change your credit card if your recurring charge was declined. sometimes this works and sometimes it will continue to charge with the old card. if this happens, please contact me (andrea@retrohip.co) so we can get you an updated subscription.
